Highly recommend uninstalling previous drivers in device manager AND uninstalling SigmaTel/IDT control panel from Windows programs section in control panel. Make sure your hardware ID is listed in the modded files as there are different hardware IDs even within a model series.ĥ. Copy the modded STWRT.inf, stwrt.ini and WRT.ini to the V10.6162.3 WDM folder (replace/overwrite files that are currently there)Ĥ. Download appropriate D620 or D620 WRT inf and ini files from this post.ģ. Disable all other mics in Windows Control Panel/Sound/Record tab in order to be able to enable it)Ģ. NOTE: I got this to work best with modded IDT driver version 10.6162.3 in the IDT modded driver forum. Downnload Dell Latitude D600 laptop drivers or install DriverPack Solution software for driver update. Since the laptops use a different audio chip (9200 vs 9205) there are 2 different files to account for the pin differences. Please provide a fix, and take responsibility. After some pain and frustration, I successfully have the IDT driver and software/control panel working on both the Dell Latitude D620 and D630 laptops. It also works under Vista Home (friends laptop). What I want is for Microsoft to provide the fix for this problem, and not redirect the issue to drivers (which are MS). I have read in this forum that the Win7 RC1 and RC2 version did not have this problem. Bluetooth Collaboration is set to Auto. My network card (with BT) is the Dell Wireless 1505 Draft 802.11n WLAN Mini-Card, by Broadcom, driver date, driver version 5.60.18.8, signed by Microsoft.

The module drivers came directly from teh Dell site. I have tried the 360 Module drivers in both native and compatibility mode. I have downloaded and installed (after removing the proevious version) the module drivers, and IntelliPoint app both as a normal install, and in compatiblity mode for Vista 32-bit. I have gone to the Microsoft Support site and downloaded and installed the IntelliPoint app with no changes.

The Bluetooth Devices control panel app does not show in the control panel. The hardware tab for the Bluetooth Settings app shows that the device is working properly. The settings for the Bluetooth app, on the task bar, does have the "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer" box checked on the Options tab. Verified the Device in device manager, is Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator, provider is Microsoft, driver date is, driver version is. Verified the Device in device manager, from the install of Win7, is Dell Wireless 350 Bluetooth Module, provider is CSR plc, driver date is, driver version is 1.0.0.370, and signed by Microsoft. I verified that the devicesĪre set to be discoved and ready for pairing on the mouse, and the other devices I have that functioned under XP. The dialoge window shows it is searching, but no device(s) show up. When trying to Add the device under Win7, I get nothing. Three other BT devices also work well with XP on this laptop.

The mouse is seen and usable under the XP boot. The laptop is dual-booting, with XP Pro SP3 and Win7 Enterprise 32-bit. Same for a BT PDA, BT Cell phone, and another MS BT mouse. My problem is this: I have a MS Bluetooth Notebook 5000 mouse that I have not been able to pair, much less see it with my laptop. Nothing has worked from suggestions by MSFT folks. I have scanned the internet, Microsoft KBs, and many of the forums and SIGs.
